The company was established in 1986.

The owner – Adam Hardt – a graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Cracow University of Technology, he started the production of small carabiners used for bags, sailing sacks, etc. A year later, he made the first batch of connectors for the lightning protection system. The plant was then located in Wieliczka.

The sale of lightning protection equipment has increased so significantly that the company has only started producing lightning protection systems. In 1990, the production premises were already too small and the company moved to Kostrze. There were years of a rapid production growth, the purchase of new machines, and the change of tools and the technology of the details. In Kostrze, the company has bee already producing about 100 types of connectors and holders. The production of earth electrodes was also started – first homogeneous, then folded.

The company started to gain a dominant position among the domestic producers of lightning protection system elements. Due to the development of the production, the company changed its headquarters in 1997. The industrial halls at 1 Polonijna Street in Cracow ensured more than a 5-fold increase in the production area.

On August 26, 2002, the company was transformed into a general partnership. AH Hardt sp.j. is a family company with a Polish capital only.

At the turn of 2007/2008, there was a move to Cholerzyn near Cracow, where the company has its headquarters until today.

The company has implemented the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system in the broadest scope, which means, the design, production and sale of lightning protection system elements, masts and earth electrodes. Since October 15, 2008, Adam Hardt has been a member of the Polish Committee for Lightning Protection.

AH Hardt sp.j. is the oldest and most experienced manufacturer of lightning protection systems in Poland.

Using our many years of experience, we help designers as well as contractors in solving any problems related to the design and installation of lightning protection systems. We effectively introduce new solutions, technologies and production methods, adapting to the market’s expectations.

We are constantly looking for new ways to increase the efficiency of our activities. We set higher and higher goals and strive to achieve them.

We also provide additional services in the field of metalworking, welding, galvanising and the sale of metal materials.

We have a very well-equipped production base, which enables us to provide services at the highest level.
Lamp booms and photovoltaic structures have been recently added to our product range.
